• Compulsory peak season charges from 15th Dec till 15th Jan is applicable as per the hotel category which is not included in the above package. Extra charges to be paid by the guests directly to the hotel
• All rooms are booked on payment in advance and will not be changed after arrival
• If any cancellation in activities due to reasons beyond our control (bad weather or strikes) money will not be refunded and alternate activity will be arranged
• Compulsory dinner supplements charges are applied on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve are not included in the package. Extra charges to be paid by the guests directly to the hotel

• Please note that the charges mentioned are only for the base category and in case the same is not available, we shall try and block you either on the ‘HIGHER’ category and the difference for the same can be paid on arrival. We offer to book only the base category in our standard package.
• We always book Private A/C Cruises for Inter-Island Transfers (Havelock/ Neil Island); however the same is subjected to operation & availability of the seats. In such cases we’ll book the tickets in Govt. Ferry and the same will be informed to the guest. 

• Andaman and Nicobar Islands come under restricted areas. Please carry a valid photo ID (Passport/Driving License/Voter ID card/ADHAR Card) issued by competent authorities, which is a mandatory requirement for checking in to the hotels. PAN Card is not accepted at many places as a valid photo ID. For children they have to be accompanied along, with their parents and should have a Photo ID issued by the school authority.
• All guests are requested to come out of the Airport where our representative will be waiting with a placard. You could contact our Tour Managers for any assistance.
• In case you have opted for a snorkelling trip we would request you to carry change of clothes/towel and mineral water.
• Do carry comfort clothing while in Andaman’s – Shorts/T Shirts/Open footwear/Cap/Sunglasses and sun lotion.
• Breakfast is not included on day of arrival and the hotels will charge extra for the same.
• All hotels in Andaman have an early check out time and late checkout is subject to availability. At Havelock since the ferry departs only at noon guest could relax and unwind on the beach.

In case you are taking the early morning ferry to Havelock or Baratang we would request guest to carry packed breakfast, request you to advise the hotel in advance.

• Rooms are subjected to availability; and confirmation is based on availability.
• In case of unavailability in the listed hotels, arrangement for an alternate accommodation will be made in a hotel of similar standard.

• Our Executive may change your itinerary depending on the weather condition and ferry availability, same will be updated to you daily basis. 
• Check out time at most of the hotels in Port Blair /Havelock /Neil Island is 08:30 AM.
• A maximum of 03 adults are allowed in one room. 
• Child aged 12 and above is considered an Adult.
• Please note that only 01 extra bed is allowed per room. 
• Breakfast is not included on the day of arrival and the hotels will charge extra for the same. 
• The third occupant of the room shall be provided a mattress/rollaway bed in most hotels. 
• If any visit is missed due to closure or maintenance issues, all efforts will be made to cover the sightseeing after returning to Port Blair from Havelock/Neil, time permitting. 
• Vehicle cannot be confirmed at the time of booking. The car provided is only for pick up and drop or as per itinerary any extra usage will be chargeable extra. 
• Scuba Diving / Snorkelling/Fishing/Boating etc. have extra charges. 
• Try Trabby reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to: Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels / flights, cancellation / rerouting of flights, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. 
• While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this. 
• In the event of any dispute, the dispute shall be referred to the sole arbitrator to be appointed by TryTrabby in Andaman and the matter shall be subjected to the jurisdiction of Port Blair Courts only.
