Effective for all bookings made with TryTrabby
Important Notice
By booking any service or package with TryTrabby, guests confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
Upon receiving an inquiry, TryTrabby shall share a proposed itinerary and quotation. To confirm your booking, complete these steps:
Initial Payment
Pay 50% to 70% of total package cost and share transaction details
ID Documentation
Share government-authorized photo ID proof for all travelers
Travel Details
Share flight arrival and departure details for coordination
Traveler Information
Provide full name, age, and gender of each traveler
⏰ Payment Schedule
- • Remaining balance must be cleared 1 day before travel or paid in cash upon arrival
- • Bookings are unconfirmed until full package cost is received
If a guest cancels a confirmed booking or is unable to travel for reasons not attributable to the Company, the following charges shall apply:

| 10 days or less | 100% of total package cost (No refund) |
| 11 to 20 days | 50% of total package cost |
| 21 to 30 days | 25% of total package cost |
| Above 30 days | Refundable after deducting cancellation charges |
⚡Additional Charges
- • ₹2,500 per person cancellation charge
- • No rescheduling after payment confirmation
- • Third-party services follow vendor policies
- • 100% cancellation for Dec 15 - Jan 15
✈️Flight Packages
- • No refund for flight cancellations
- • 100% deduction for flight cancellations
- • No refund for flight delays/rescheduling
- • Package continues as per original itinerary
